Delete your account
You can delete your SCM Education Solutions account and all associated study data at any time.
You’re not signed in
Open the SCM Study app and delete your account from the Profile screen, or email us from the address on your account and we’ll process the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in (email, password, or OAuth identity).
- Practice answers, mock-exam scores, flash-card reviews, and streak history.
- Reading progress and study plan.
- Optional display name and profile preferences.
What we keep
Billing records are retained for as long as tax law requires (typically up to 7 years), even after account deletion. Backups roll forward on a 7-day window; deleted data ages out within that window.
