Delete your account

You can delete your SCM Education Solutions account and all associated study data at any time.

You’re not signed in

Open the SCM Study app and delete your account from the Profile screen, or email us from the address on your account and we’ll process the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in (email, password, or OAuth identity).
• Practice answers, mock-exam scores, flash-card reviews, and streak history.
• Reading progress and study plan.
• Optional display name and profile preferences.

What we keep

Transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, and accounting records may be retained for the period required or permitted by law. Deleted data may remain temporarily in access-restricted backups until the backup cycle rolls forward.

Cancel an active subscription first

Deleting your SCM account does not cancel a subscription. To stop future charges, cancel through Profile → Manage subscription in SCM Study or through the store or billing portal where you subscribed before deleting the account.
